He helps the franchise system understand home care regulations and guides franchisees on advocating for home care to state legislators and members of Congress. With over 20 years of experience in federal and state government relations, advocacy, and compliance, Doug brings valuable expertise to the team. His group assists franchisees in contracting with the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs to provide care to veterans and with insurance carriers offering Medicare Advantage home care benefits. New franchisees will collaborate with the compliance team to obtain their home care license if required by their state.
