Initially, they faced financial challenges but found fulfillment in their work. Their sons, initially skeptical, now want to take over the business. Don emphasized the importance of customer service, the support from the corporate office, and the satisfaction of making a significant impact on clients’ lives. He advised potential franchisees to follow the model, keep it simple, and focus on customer service.
