Once you're approved to open your Right at Home business, you'll receive robust training, proven tools, valuable resources, and personalized guidance to help you launch and grow your business with confidence.
In addition to working closely with your dedicated Business Performance Coach (BPC), you'll join a collaborative network of fellow franchise owners. Once you sign your franchise agreement, we will help you on the path to a smooth launch. From project planning and licensure to hiring staff and opening an office, we will provide you with all the tools you need to thrive.

RightStart Learning Path
Unlike many other home care companies, Right at Home prepares new franchisees through an innovative and comprehensive training program consisting of virtual and in-person training.
During training, you’ll learn how to recruit and retain caregivers, market your business, perform the administrative functions of business ownership, and much more.
