Support for Continued Success

Because a win for you, is a win for all of us.

We’ve Got Your Back Every Step of the Way

Having a background in home care or the medical industry is not a prerequisite for Right at Home franchise ownership. In fact, many of our most successful franchisees have come from careers outside of the healthcare industry. The key to their success? A passion for helping others and an exceptional work ethic.

While we can’t help people become more passionate or work harder, we can, and do, support our franchisees from day one. Once you get the greenlight to open your own Right at Home territory, we provide you with robust training, tools, resources, and one-on-one attention in order to not only get your business up and running, but also to help you thrive over time.

Along with your Business Performance Coach (BPC), you’ll also have a network of fellow Right at Home franchise owners to help you troubleshoot challenges that arise, from day-to-day tasks to crafting long-term strategies for success.

As a new owner in the Right at Home family, you instantly receive the benefits of a powerful international brand and first-class training, support, and marketing. Our most successful franchisees are those who continually engage with corporate as well as with other franchisees in the system.

The RightStart Onboarding Process

We’ve been doing this long enough that we have the process down to a science. We even have a name for it: The RightStart Onboarding Process.

Once you sign your franchise agreement, we will help you on the path to a smooth launch. From project planning and licensure to hiring staff and opening an office, we will provide you with all the tools you need to thrive.

RightStart Learning Path

Unlike many other home care companies, Right at Home prepares new franchisees through an innovative and comprehensive training program consisting of virtual and in-person training. During training, you’ll learn how to recruit and retain caregivers, market your business, perform the administrative functions of business ownership, and much more.
