Once you get the greenlight to open your own Right at Home territory, we provide you with robust training, tools, resources, and one-on-one attention in order to not only get your business up and running, but also to help you thrive over time.
Along with your Business Performance Coach (BPC), you’ll also have a network of fellow Right at Home franchise owners to help you troubleshoot challenges that arise, from day-to-day tasks to crafting long-term strategies for success.

RightStart Learning Path
Unlike many other home care companies, Right at Home prepares new franchisees through an innovative and comprehensive training program consisting of virtual and in-person training. During training, you’ll learn how to recruit and retain caregivers, market your business, perform the administrative functions of business ownership, and much more.
