Meet the Family | Rosaleen Doherty

Meet the Family | Don Orlando
Don Orlando, a Right at Home franchise owner since 2011, shared his journey in franchising. He and his wife Peggy, who is also part-owner, manage two territories north of Baltimore. Initially, they faced financial challenges but found fulfillment in their work. Their sons, initially skeptical, now want to take over the business. Don emphasized the importance of customer service, the support from the corporate office, and the satisfaction of making a significant impact on clients’ lives. He advised potential franchisees to follow the model, keep it simple, and focus on customer service.
