After retiring from a corporate job, Sandra Chiles’ observation of a caregiver friend piqued her interest in brands assisting seniors and adults with disabilities.
Former HBO executive Sandra Chiles plans to grow her franchise in the Dallas/Fort Worth market, addressing demand for in-home care. Chiles retired to avoid a workplace-related relocation across the country. She first tested out the entrepreneurial world with her then-husband and a lawn care business. A few years later, Chiles looked into owning another business. Franchising has provided Chiles with an opportunity to build something for herself with the support of a proven business model and an established team.
When Chiles spoke about becoming a franchisee, she said, “When I began to speak with various people about how Right at Home was structured and what the organizational culture was, I felt like it would provide a great foundation of support.
