Ted Pease has purchased the senior homecare franchise Right at Home in the Philadelphia area with plans to continue his life of service.
Ted Pease made a monumental career shift from serving the in Navy when he decided to become a Right at Home franchise owner in Media, PA. Now, Ted is providing another good service to people and to his community.
Ted found Right at Home was able to provide a good level of support, solid systems, and training. He didn’t come from a health care background, but he did want to provide care for seniors, especially for the Vietnam or Korea-era vets that were all approaching a time when they may need more help. With his military background, he wanted veterans to know that somebody with their background could take care of them and look out for their best interests.
Pease adds that this is a continuation of a life of service for him. His advice to other people thinking about becoming a franchise owner is to try to find that right franchise that requires you to lean into what you’re really good at or what gets you excited. It doesn’t have to be the perfect industry match. Find the opportunity that matches your specific skills.
