Previous Background

Harpreet Kaur purchased a Right at Home in Corona, California in 2023, and her territory includes Corona, Norco, Eastvale, Chino, Chino Hills, and the Diamond Bar area. Her previous career was working for various IT companies for over 13 years.

Why Right at Home?

Harpreet notes that she was able to connect with the mission of being able to serve seniors and the disabled at the convenience of their home, making their life smooth and easy for them. It touches her heart.

A Typical Day

A typical day for Harpreet revolves around three pillars of her business – her caregivers, clients, and referral sources. She wears multiple hats throughout the day. She also handles some admin work during the day such as payroll billing, etc.

Most Valuable Support

Harpreet notes that the most valuable support she receives is from the other franchisee owners. They are directly in the field and have so many practical examples to share. They share their challenges and other information with her. Having access to all of them and being able to talk with them is a big asset. Corporate support and the tools offered in their hub are invaluable, too. It is essential to be able to talk to the user subject matter with expertise and see how we can grow.

Advice to Prospective Franchisees

Connecting with the mission statement is the best advice Harpreet can offer. She comments that if you can connect with the mission, you can definitely make it through every day. She admits that you have to learn, implement, and keep moving forward. It may take a little while, but you can make it.
