Year after year, Right at Home is recognized for its leadership in the industry. The franchise system is also consistently honored for the opportunities it provides leaders in the military for business ownership. Not only does Right at Home provide in-home care for those who served in the military, but it also gives them a new career path where they can continue helping others and serving their community.

2017 is no different! Right at Home is proud to be named in Franchise Business Review’s Top 100 Franchises for Veterans list. To identify the top brands, Franchise Business Review analyzed 18 months of data from approximately 25,000 Veteran Franchise Owners representing over 250 brands regarding their overall satisfaction with their brands and their likelihood to recommend them to others.

Right at Home’s Franchise Owners were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including training and support, operations, Franchisor/Franchise Owner relations, and financial opportunity.

For Right at Home Franchise Owners, their time in the military proved to be helpful in their transition to entrepreneurship. According to Franchise Owner Jim Fredericks, his military background gave him a strong foundation for building his business. “The military does a lot of training that other careers don’t. You learn how to work with others and see how organizations have to work together,” he said. His time in the military helped him see the big picture of how different groups have to collaborate to accomplish team goals and be united under the same goals and passions.

To help transitioning Veterans, the Right at Home Corporate team is packed with knowledgeable, driven, and passionate leaders who are invested in helping Franchise Owners grow. Franchise Owners Lance and Tami Brangham call the Corporate team their “extended family.” “I’ve never placed a call that wasn’t answered then or returned quickly,” Tami said. “They’ve always been available and supportive.”

Lance said the support goes beyond financial success. “It’s obvious they want everyone to succeed. They want people to reach their goals,” he said. “They work with you – not just on business goals, but personal goals.”
