Among more than 3,000 home care agencies nationwide, Right at Home franchise offices earned top placement in three of the five major award categories.

The Top 100 Leader in Experience Award, the highest distinction presented by Activated Insights, honors only 100 home care agencies across North America. This year, 18 Right at Home offices earned this elite recognition. The Leader in Training Award highlights agencies that demonstrate an ongoing commitment to staff education, specialized care capabilities, and meaningful caregiver career development.
Right at Home partners with Activated Insights, an independent research firm specializing in client and caregiver satisfaction within the post-acute care industry. Through confidential phone interviews, Activated Insights gathers unbiased feedback from both clients and caregivers. Award winners are determined based on overall satisfaction scores from these third-party surveys.
