Right at Home is proud to announce that Scott and Kami Sjoberg have been named a 2026 Franchisee Excellence Award recipient by Franchise Business Review, a leading independent franchise research firm. This national recognition honors top-performing franchise owners who exemplify exceptional leadership, business performance, and commitment to their communities.
Scott and Kami were selected from hundreds of nominations submitted by franchise brands that participate in Franchise Business Review’s franchisee satisfaction research. The Franchisee Excellence Awards spotlight franchise owners who consistently set the standard for operational excellence, financial performance, and brand leadership across the franchise industry.

Scott and Kami decided to open an in-home care franchise when Kami was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Scott was Kami’s primary caregiver, and they witnessed firsthand the impact that receiving and providing quality care makes on an individual’s mental and physical health. In 2025, they earned almost 3 million in annualized revenue, serving more than 1,500 weekly hours of care in their community. Moving forward, they have increased engagement with the Veterans Association and are aiming to make care more accessible for Veteran clients.
