Right at Home® is excited to welcome our newest franchisee, Hanh Hoang, from Houston, Texas. We can’t wait to see the amazing things she will accomplish and her impact on the local community.
Before Hanh Hoang knew about in-home care as a business, she was looking into retail businesses. After deciding it just wasn’t the right time for that investment, she reached out to FranChoice, a franchise broker, and was matched with Right at Home. Her prior career has always been tailored toward healthcare. Right at Home had the support, partnership, and proven business model she was looking for. Hanh also noted that the Franchise Disclosure Document that Right at Home had provided made it an easy process when comparing the business to others in the same industry.
Hanh commented that Right at Home helped her overcome certain obstacles along the way, such as helping her maneuver the license application process, the development of the Policies and Procedures Manual required by her state, and providing a national contract for client recruitment.
“I am very excited and can’t wait to start this new journey with Right at Home. So far, I truly feel like this is where I should be. I’m excited to move full speed ahead on this endeavor,” said Hanh.
