Jon previously came to Right at Home with a background as a commercial litigation attorney with extensive experience in advising business clients. They learned about the Right at Home franchise opportunity from Broker Andy Luedecke. Jon had been looking for the opportunity to purchase a franchise with a proven business model and support. Following their research and due diligence, they found a true partnership and a brand that could give them the best practices and support to be successful, profitable, and make a lasting impact in their community. Ultimately, the best practices around caregiver recruitment and retention and client acquisition set Right at Home apart from the other franchises they had researched.
