Nikhil came to Right at Home with a background of more than 20 years of experience in digital transformation, product management, and health-tech innovation. He learned about the Right at Home franchise opportunity from FranChoice Broker Andy Banker. He had been looking for the opportunity to find a business with a proven business model and support, as he didn’t want to reinvent the wheel. Nikhil started out looking at five different concepts. Following his research and due diligence, Nikhil felt Right at Home stood above all others. Ultimately, his desire to marry his professional experience of relationship-building with clients with his passion for making a meaningful difference in people’s lives that set Right at Home apart from the other franchises he had researched.
