This achievement makes Right at Home No. 1 in the nation for the eighth consecutive year.
Caring Stars is an annual awards program by Caring.com, a trusted resource for families seeking in‑home care for aging loved ones. The Caring Stars list highlights the top senior care agencies in the United States based on client feedback. Of the 375 senior care offices recognized as 2026 Caring Stars, 174 are Right at Home agencies — representing an impressive 46% of the entire list.
Caring.com also recognizes “Caring Super Stars” — agencies that earned a Caring Stars award in 2026 as well as in two or more additional years since 2017. This year, 158 Right at Home agencies achieved the 2026 Caring Super Star distinction.

To qualify for the 2026 Caring Stars list, in‑home care agencies were required to meet specific criteria, including an overall rating of at least 4.5 stars on a 1–5 scale.
