What Does It Take to Become a Right at Home Franchisee?

Duration: 1m 39s

Description: Jen Chaney, VP of Franchise Development, reviews the requirements of becoming a Right at Home franchise owner with Margaret Haynes, CEO, @Right at Home. Requirements include $150,000 in liquid capital, and business management experience is a plus. There is about a 90-day timeline to understand the franchise concept, review and understand the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), attend a discovery day, and participate in the validation process of talking with other franchisees. Once approved and the franchise agreement is signed, there is additional training on opening your office, hardware, software applications, operations, recruitment and training of caregivers, and marketing to clients. The full process timeline usually takes approximately six months until opening.
