What Kind of an Impact does Right at Home’s Marketing Support have on your Business?
Mark Ross comments that they have really enjoyed the support that Right at Home has provided to them. The digital marketing and TV ads have been extremely helpful, as well as the social media marketing. It is very important because without digital, television, and social marketing, it would be very difficult to get our message across.
What Kind of an Impact does Right at Home’s Coaching Staff have on Your Business?
Mark notes that his Business Performance Coach has really become a friend and Accountability Coach, as well. When Mark needs anything from corporate, he knows he can contact his coach and get the things he needs. His coach has been very supportive of their 12-year success.
Looking at the Next 3-5 Years, What makes You the Most Excited about being a Right at Home Franchisee?
“The future is bright. It’s very exciting to know the possibilities in this business, says Mark. He adds, “We have the ability to take care of seniors and adults with disabilities, and we’re really just scratching the surface. As the climate changes and as folks are aging in place, we’re absolutely one of the best solutions. We’re very excited about what the future brings and being a part of Right at Home.”
In Your Mind, How Has Right at Home Continued to Innovate?
Mark notes that the innovation that Right at Home brings to the table is we’re really trying to meet technology where it’s at in order to support our seniors. Our job is going to get easier by using CRM solutions and some of the other technology that’s being brought to the table, so that we can affect and touch more seniors.
In Your Mind, What is the Benefit of Being a Right at Home Franchisee?
Dr. Nicole Ross says, “Being part of a system that seeks excellence in caring for seniors is a benefit of being a Right at Home franchisee. It allows you to have great relationships with corporate and with other owners.” She adds, “We all have the same goal and that is to provide the best care for seniors.” Nicole states, “Customer service is one thing that I find that’s lacking in many different areas. But at Right at Home, we make it a goal to be the very best. And that gives me a lot of pride in everything we do.”
