What Kind of an Impact does Right at Home’s Marketing Support have on your Business?
The marketing support that Right at Home provides has been extremely useful for our business as the landscape in our industry has changed over the years through COVID, and past COVID. It has been really comforting and helpful to be able to lean on Right at Home’s expertise, be it guidance in terms of how to approach the market, marketing materials, or things for the web. It has really helped us to stand out in our market, and it’s taken a lot of pressure off of my team because we know that we don’t have to reinvent the wheel. Everything is already right there for us, and we know it will hit the market well, be well received, and accomplish the goals we’re looking to accomplish.
What Kind of an Impact does Right at Home’s Coaching Staff have on Your Business?
My business performance coach has been truly outstanding. She’s a newer coach for us, and she really is hitting the ground running. She is somebody who we’ve been able to lean on to ask difficult questions, who is truly honest with us if we need an honest answer or an honest assessment about that’s we are doing or things we are analyzing as we’re making decisions for our business. So we feel a great deal of comfort turning to our coaches and to Right at Home in general for their support.
Looking at the Next 3-5 Years, What Makes You the Most Excited About Being a Right at Home Franchisee?
Looking ahead in the next few years, one of the things that makes me most excited about being involved with Right at Home, and about being a franchisee is innovation and technology. I’ve been on the innovation and technology task force for a couple of years. I’ve had a chance to get a little bit of a closer l; look than some of the other franchisees. I tend to be a little bit of a tech geek even though I might not understand things so much. I love it. I’m really excited to see what’s going to roll out in the next few years, so it can help augment the services that we provide, keep our clients safer, provide an additional layer of peace of mind for our clients’ families, and add additional office efficiencies for our team.
In Your Mind, How Has Right at Home Continued to Innovate?
Right at Home has continued to innovate by establishing a professional team dedicated to innovation and technology, by assembling a task force of franchisees to look at some of the innovation and technology aspects that might impact positively Right at Home, home care, and our clients. There is always an eye open to what’s coming down the pipeline. So there’s a great deal of open-mindedness and forward thinking among the Right at Home team, both professional and among the franchisees to make sure that we remain current always a step ahead.
In Your Mind, What is the Benefit of Being a Right at Home Franchisee?
The benefits of being a franchisee with Right at Home start with the support received from the corporate team. The corporate support team has been wonderful. Since day one, I’ve been in the system for almost 12 years, and the support was great 12 years ago and it has just exploded since. I know that there’s always somebody I can turn to with difficult questions. If I’m stuck on something, having trouble, or just want to bounce ideas off of somebody at the corporate office, there’s someone on the support team who is ready and able to help. Additionally, the franchisees at Right at Home are second to none. I was part of another franchise system for a short time, and there’s just no comparison. The community among the franchisees has been very supportive, and very friendly. I look forward to speaking with and gathering with other franchisees frequently. I know that I can call any one of hundreds of franchisees at any moment and get support. Likewise, I have people who call me periodically, and that’s been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my involvement with Right at Home.
