Renee Pfister notes that the marketing support Right at Home provides has a huge impact on her business. Corporate provides marketing collateral materials that make it easy to know what brochures will be the most effective in different situations. They support the franchisees with many different sales calls and marketing activities so you know the right way to approach referral sources. Corporate also helps with the client journey so you know the right way to start a new client and follow that client throughout the life of this journey.
What Kind of an Impact does Right at Home’s Coaching Staff have on Your Business?
Renee adds that the business performance coaches she has had over the past 11 years have been amazing support mechanisms. The coaches are the ones that she goes to when in a tight situation. They provide the answers that make me feel as if I can rest easy. They are there during the hardships, help celebrate the wins, and push her to be a better business owner. The coaches at Right at Home provide the support needed to excel.
In Your Mind, How Has Right at Home Continued to Innovate?
Renee said, “I’ve been in business for over a decade, and Right at Home really truly listens to their franchisees. They look at what we need, and develop from there.” Renee added that the coaches look at an individual level, system level, and industry level so that the franchisees can remain competitive in the industry. Sometimes we try things out very early on. We test it and sometimes it doesn’t work, but other times it works so well. It just makes us remain the best system for home care in the country.
In Your Mind, What is the Benefit of Being a Right at Home Franchisee?
Renee says, “I get so excited about being a Right at Home Franchisee.” She thinks the best part about being a Right at Home franchisee is that she gets to choose her job. She has looked at herself and realizes where she’s weak and had hired people to fill in those gaps. She gets to focus on what she does best. Renee adds, “It’s so much fun, and I’m almost geeky about it. I get so excited to go to work, and I set my own schedule.” She can create the support system she needs to have the best work-life balance possible. “I absolutely love my job,” said Renee.
